Clean Up After Passengers

The students from the university campuses around Binghamton are leaving the bars in the area and heading for taxis well and truly over the legal limit. However, many of the students are not only drunk but they are also vomiting in the taxis on their way home too.

The fee is important to the taxi drivers as not only do they, or their company, have to pay fort he cleaning of the taxi, they also lose the time they spend getting the taxi cleaned when they could have been out working.

The students are getting off quite easy if they simply pay the fee to the Binghamton taxi drivers for the clean up of their taxis as it is only $50, the same type of fee in a limousine would be several hundred dollars. This is not only because the limo hire companies are trying to discourage these types of people and behaviours, it is also because the limo hire companies pay more for their cleanup services and do a more thorough job.
